We offer training courses in project management following the world’s most widely accepted methods. The PMI (Project Management Institute) methods have helped companies to be consistent in the way they manage their projects.
A project is a temporary effort to create a unique product, service or result. Temporary does not necessarily mean short in duration, temporary means that the project has a start and end date.
Project management is an approach aimed at ordering from end to end the proper deployment of a project. Project management is composed of know-how, knowledge, tools and techniques aimed at carrying out the activities of a project in order to meet the set objectives. To lead a project, you must:
- Identify the needs of the project,
- Stakeholder management,
- Balance project constraints (cost, time, quality, scope, risk, etc.).
Lean Six Sigma
With globalization, competitiveness between companies is becoming more and more difficult. Lean Six Sigma aims at supporting companies in the continuous improvement of transversal and strategic processes by combining 2 methodologies (Lean and Six Sigma).
Lean is the principle of eliminating waste (material and time) and reducing activities that do not add value in order to improve business performance.
- Reduce costs,
- Reduce waste (material and time),
- Reduce the inventory level,
- Improve customer service,
- Improve productivity.
Six Sigma aims to reduce the variability of processes in order to make them more reliable, stable and predictable, and to ensure "perfect" reproducibility of the process in order to move towards zero defects and thus satisfy customers. We offer Lean Six Sigma yellow belt, green belt and black belt training. (See the catalog for the list of trainings). Our Lean Six Sigma programs are also available in French.
At 3i Solution Consulting we provide our students with the best training, led by Master Black Belt and Black Belts who have accumulated years of experience. Our trainings are accredited by "The council for Six Sigmas certification" .
Our program is based on American Society of Quality (ASQ) body of knowledge (BOK).
